ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTORS FOR THE YEAR 2027 AND 2028

Society for Family Health (SFH) Rwanda invites applications from suitably qualified and legally registered companies, firms, consultants, contractors and service providers for prequalification for the provision of goods, works and services during the 2027 and 2028 Financial years.
Eligible and interested bidders are invited to submit their technical documents based on Prequalification package documents requirement above, any requests for clarification concerning this prequalification exercise should be addressed to the SFH Rwanda Procurement Department by email procurement@sfhrwanda.org.
Prequalification Bids must be submitted ONLY by email to: tenders@sfhrwanda.org before the submission deadline of 25th NOVEMBER 2026, at 14:00am local time and public Email opening of submitted bids on the same date of 25th NOVEMBER 2026 at 14:30am local time in SFH Rwanda Conference Room located at Gahanga – Nunga Cell, Road Opposite Gahanga market on KK15RD – KK 52 AVENUE. Late Bids will be rejected, and Bids will be opened in a public session in the presence of the interested Bidders designated representatives. Only applicants meeting the prequalification requirements will be included in the SFH Rwanda supplier/service-provider database.
Important: Prequalification does not constitute a contract or guarantee of future business. Specific procurement opportunities shall be undertaken separately in accordance with SFH Rwanda procurement procedures and applicable donor requirements.
SFH Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any application and/or cancel the prequalification exercise without incurring any liability to applicants.
