In a recent report by Martin Nkundumugaba, the SFH Central Region Team Leader, he said a big number of vending machines of condoms in different places such as bars and hotels are not in service. He recommended to “check all vending machine and repair those that are broken down and also put new SFH products (prudence & Plasir)”, indicates his monthly report in part.
The central region (according to SFH demarcations) includes districts of; Gasabo, Kicukiro, Gicumbi, Nyarugenge and Kamonyi. Compared with other districts, the region harbors a more socially active population.
