The Global Fund- HIV Program: The Global Fund HIV Program is a program funded by the Global Fund under a framework agreement between The Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) and society for Family Health (SFH)Rwanda as a sub-recipient. Under this program, SFH implements HIV prevention activities with focus on Behavior Change Communication, Social Marketing and distribution of condoms branded Plaisir condom, and ensure its availability and accessibility in all districts of the country.
