SFH Rwanda conducts capacity building and strengthening both for its staff and partner institutions and Community Based Organisations involved in the implementation of social behaviour change communication and health promotion interventions in order to build capacity to deliver high impact health communication in Rwanda. For Capacity building and strengthening SFH puts emphasis on;
- Strategic communication; Especially for members of the National Technical working Group on Health Promotion
- Entrepreneurship and Cooperative management skills; for Community Based Organisations, Community Health Workers and Managers of Health posts
- Training on provision of Family Planning services; This provided to Community Based Organisations
- Training on Provision of Maternal and child health services; This is provided to Community Health Workers and Community Based Organisations
- Social and community mobilization, Interpersonal Communication skills and technics ; This is provided to peer educators, Community Health Workers and Community Based Organizations
